The crown is in navy blue gabardine with piping in napped sky-blue wool. Includes the official civil airlines cap badge with propeller, and above it, the Aeroflot wings with hammer and sickle. The side buttons are the standard military version used on many civilian hats, not the Civil Aviation type with propeller and wings. The chin strap is in black plastic as correct for the junior flight personnel of Aeroflot and students of civil aviation academies. The sweat diamond shows the logo of the Odessa Headgear Factory, Ukrainian SSR, with a 1987 date of manufacture. Stamped size

In outstanding, excellent condition. Both the navy-blue fabric of the crown and the piping are completely free of moth damage; the interior as
well as exterior are immaculately clean. There are a few very minor scuffs to the top of the visor, not detractive. The sweat diamond logo
shows only minimal wear and remains completely legible.
