In olive drab cotton twill with plain cotton liner. Includes hat badge in aluminum and red paint. The liner shows a stamp of the headgear factory in Kharkov, Ukraine with a 1974 date of manufacture and a quality control stamp. Marked size 56 (US size 7 / Medium).

In excellent condition, showing only mild wear, no tears or stains. A nice example of EM / NCO's side cap from the relatively early period, well before the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan.
