Moscow Kremlin Spasskaya Clock Tower, desktop souvenir, circa 1970s-80.

This is a triangle-based pyramid with a cut apex, standing on a plinth, leaning "back" slightly. in clear Plexiglas, stands almost 10" tall total, the plinth is approx. 5" x 4" x 1 ½". The "back" edge has several cutouts creating flat surfaces, on which parts of the tower are etched in thin lines. When looking through the "front" face of the pyramid, the etchings create a 3-D image of the Spasskaya Clock Tower. An ingenious amalgam of art and physics!

In good to very good condition. The Plexiglas shows minor to moderate scuffing and scratches, as well as an occasional microscopic
