Brass, silver plating, enamels. Oblong pendant of two-piece construction measures 32.1 mm tall incl. eyelet, 24.8 mm wide; overall height of the badge with suspension is approx. 48.5 mm. The superimposed silver-plated center medallion has finely executed portraits of Lenin and Stalin.

In excellent condition. The enamel is very well preserved throughout and shows a very attractive luster. There are some tiny flakes or imperfections to the white enamel on the upper edge of the pendant that are practically unnoticeable to the unaided eye and probably a manufacturing flaw rat

Besides that, the enamel has only some tiny contact marks, also nearly invisible without magnification. The details of the center medallion are exceptionally well preserved and crisp; the silver plating is completely intact. The screw post measures approx. 10 mm long, has not been reduced, and comes with an original mint-marked screw plate.
