In very fine to excellent condition. The enamel has a tiny surface flake at the tip of the top arm, nearly unnoticeable without magnification, and a few microscopic contact marks, otherwise perfect. The details of the bas-relief and silver finish on the center medallion are pristine. The ribbon is perfectly clean.
