Shows an ink stamp which is unfortunately very faint and illegible. Interestingly, the signature is of the secretary of the local Communist Party Committee rather than district executive committee as would be far more common. This seems to indicate that the female recipient of the ID was a party operative, possibly a high-ranking one, rather than a regular citizen.

The document is in excellent condition. There is only light age toning and foxing to the cover, no significant wear, tears, or stains. The hand-written text is fully legible.
