The sweat diamond shows the logo of the Mayak Garment Factory in the town of Knyagino and a 1986 date of manufacture. Marked Size 56 on the liner (US size 7 / Medium). There is what looks like the name (not fully legible) of the original owner inscribed in ballpoint pen on the liner.
The hat's shape is similar to much earlier officers' hats or even some field hats from the Imperial era - with a replaced cap badge it would
work well for either WW 1 or WW 2 reenactments.
