The artwork is an offset print of the painting by N. Veselova "Before the Third Whistle". It depicts a chaotic scene at a river boat terminal when a crowd of late-comers are rushing to make it to the boat before the last, third, whistle.

In very good condition. The colors of the artwork are fresh and natural, not faded. There is no visible age toning to the paper. The right-side corners show minor creasing, and all 4 corners feature minuscule bumps. There's also a couple of microscopic bumps to the lower edge. The verso is clean, showing only minor shelf-wear and moderate age toning to the paper.
