Order of the Red Banner of Labor, Type 6, Variation 1, #424637, circa 1966-67 issue.

Silver gilt, enamels; measures 47.6 mm in height (incl. eyelet), 36.7 mm in width; weighs 36.1 g not including the suspension and connecting link. Riveted 3-piece construction. This piece is from a small series with the serial number range from 423051 - 425999 manufactured by the Leningrad Mint in 1966.

In excellent condition. The enamel shows beautiful luster and is essentially perfect with the exception of a couple of microscopic contact marks completely invisible to the naked eye. The gilt is very bright, especially on the hammer & sickle and the wreath. Comes

The old ribbon is perfectly sound and although it shows minimal amount of soiling, still very attractive. The connecting link appears to be original, and its ends are still joined with solder.
