In very fine to excellent condition. The raised details are extremely well defined and crisp, practically without wear. There are some minor blemishes but the toning is even overall, and a good amount of the original gilt finish is still clearly visible in the recessed areas. There are a few tiny edge knocks, but no bumps, dents or any other significant damage. A very attractive example. There are several known versions of this "Liberty" jetton. They vary by whether they have a 1917 date, by where the appearance of the reverse, and by how well rendered the face is of the woman baring a breast for liberty.
