In very fine to excellent condition. There is only a touch of wear to the anodized gold finish on the high points of the artwork. The paint is intact and details crisp. The pin attachment is flimsy but fully functional.

This award was the highest of the "Red Flag Company" series, and it is consequently by far the hardest to find.
