In very fine to excellent condition. There are only a few tiny flakes at the edges of the red banner and white plaque which are completely unnoticeable to the naked eye. The enamel is perfect otherwise, and the details of the tower and wreath are beautifully crisp. The screw post is full length, well over 9 mm. Includes original maker marked screw plate.
