Parachute Jump badge, 1936 type, circa 1950s.

Brass, enamels; 40.9 x 17.6 mm. Late version with relief reverse, less detailed image of the paratrooper and thin parachute ropes. Raised maker mark "MMD" to the reverse, near the top.

In fine overall condition. There is a chip to the blue enamel above the parachute canopy. The enamel shows only light wear otherwise, no other visible damage. Includes original mint marked screw plate.
