1930 Photograph of Six Red Army Engineer Officers Reviewing Plans at a Summer Encampment.

Measures 5 3/8" by 6 7/8". Posed photograph shows Red Army Men studying maps or drawings. Five are wearing metal engineer devices on their rank tabs. Excellent condition. The photo shows the sort of age one expects to see in a picture that was probably produced under less than optimum conditions. However, the most important area of the photo (with the officers) is perfectly clear.

An interesting study of pre-war Red Army uniforms and an unusual example of a photograph showing three officers wearing apparently identical 1920s-1930s graduation badges.
